Clasification by condition

Hydrolipodystrophy (HLD) is a surplus of localised or general fat arising from hypertrophy of the adipocyte (fat cells of the hypodermis) that involves retention of water, fats and toxins and prompts vascular problems and disorganisation of the fibrous tissue. Heredity, dietary changes, hormonal fluctuations and even dehydration can play a significant role in the development of hydrolipodystrophy.
